When the construction work is almost finished, we understand that close-out is often the most challenging, and sometimes frustrating, part of the project. At Naseth Construction, our goal is to pre-plan and execute the entire close-out process so the owner and architect have the best experience they have ever had. Some of the ways we are working on improving that process? By coming up with a detailed list of objectives that become our standard operating procedure.
